We charge a one-time fixed fee from €2,500 up to max. €10,000 per successful placement – depending on assignment duration. No ongoing surcharges on the daily rate. This model applies in Germany and Switzerland.
How quickly will I receive first candidate profiles?
You will typically receive your first qualified candidate profiles within 48 hours of your briefing call. For urgent vacancies we respond immediately.
Do you also place managers in Switzerland?
Yes. Interim Alliance is active in both Germany and Switzerland and is headquartered in Emmenbrücke (Canton Lucerne). We know both markets and place managers for companies throughout the DACH region.
What makes Interim Alliance different from other interim providers?
Traditional providers add up to 40% on top of the manager's daily rate. On a 6-month assignment with a daily rate of €1,000, that means additional costs of up to €36,000. Interim Alliance charges only a one-time placement fee (max. €10,000). All payments after that run directly between you and the manager.
