What exactly is IM-Start 1:1?
A three-month 1:1 mentoring programme for experienced executives taking the step into interim self-employment. Six sessions of 75 minutes build positioning, day rate, client acquisition system and the start of the first mandate step by step – including a workbook, day-rate calculator and email support between sessions.
What does the programme cost?
The assessment session (90 minutes) costs €390 and is credited towards the programme if booked. The IM-Start 1:1 programme costs a fixed €3,500 for three months. An optional support package until the first mandate is available for an additional €2,500.
Does the programme guarantee me a first mandate?
No, and we say this openly. The programme provides method and market experience – with significantly better odds than without. There is no mandate guarantee and no income promise.
What does this have to do with Interim Alliance?
IM-Start 1:1 is a service of Interim Alliance, led by founder Dietmar Heer. Interim Alliance generally places interim managers with companies. A later placement after completing the programme is possible, but not obligatory and not an automatic part of the programme.
Who is the programme not suitable for?
For people without several years of leadership or line responsibility, the programme is likely too early. IM-Start 1:1 builds on existing professional experience and adds the marketing craft around it – it does not replace missing leadership experience.
